At Clínica Bem Me Quero, the Vocational and Career Guidance process goes far beyond the cold application of aptitude tests. We look at you in an integrative way. Our goal is to help you bring together your interests, your skills and your personality with your life values and aspirations. Through a space of active listening and specialist tools, we help young people and adults design a clear map for their future, fostering the self-confidence needed to make conscious, secure decisions.
We support you through defining stages such as:

Frequently asked questions
Does the process just consist of answering tests on a computer?
No, not at all. The tests and questionnaires we use are important scientific support tools, but the heart of the process lies in the sessions and the therapeutic relationship. Each session is a space for conversation, reflection and exploration guided by a specialist psychologist. The tests help surface clues about your interests and aptitudes, but the conclusions and decisions are built together with you, at your own pace.
How many sessions are needed to complete the process?
On average, a full vocational or career guidance process spans 4 to 5 sessions. However, as with other assessments at our clinic, the exact duration adapts to each person's individuality and pace. Some people need less time to clarify their goals, while others benefit from an extra session to explore the job market or study options with greater confidence.
I'm an adult and I feel completely lost in my career. Is this service also for me?
Yes, absolutely. Nowadays, career guidance in adulthood (career reorientation) is increasingly common and necessary. Often, the choices we made at 18 no longer make sense at 30, 40 or 50. If you feel deep dissatisfaction, signs of burnout, or the desire to change field but don't know where to start, this process helps you map your transferable skills and plan a secure, structured career transition.
Does the process work well online?
It works extraordinarily well. Most of the young people and adults who come to us choose the online format for how easily it fits around school or work schedules. All the platforms and tools we use for vocational exploration are perfectly adapted to the digital environment. Carrying out the process from the comfort of your own space allows for calmer, more focused reflection, while maintaining the same rigour and closeness as the physical consulting room.
Do you have agreements with any insurer or health subsystem?
We don't have direct agreements with insurers or health entities. However, fortunately the vast majority of insurers and health subsystems already reimburse a significant percentage of the cost of private sessions. We suggest you check the specific conditions and coverage with your insurer. If reimbursement doesn't apply in your case, all our invoices are issued with your tax number, so they are automatically included in your IRS tax return as health expenses, where you are entitled to the corresponding deduction.
